Cancellation and Policies

For package and weekly stay payment in full is required at time of booking.

If you must cancel your reservation and if we receive notification of you intent to cancel at least 3 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued. The cost of one night's lodging will be forfeited if cancellation is received in less than 3 days of your arrival date.

Upon check-in, a valid credit card number will be required to cover incidental charges or additional cleaning fees.

Above rates do not include Provincial Hotel Tax (10%) or Federal GST (5%)

We reserve the right to limit the number of people occupying a unit. Additional adults will be charged an additional $30.00 per night per person.

Children aged Infants to 17 years are not subject to an additional charge.

Motel facilities are for registered guests only.

All guest units are designated non-smoking, however each unit has a partially covered deck or patio where smoking is permitted.

Smoking in the room will result in a $100.00 additional charge for extra cleaning and deodorizing of the room.

Pets are permitted on motel property only with prior approval from the manager.
